The Salvation Army-Red Shield Appeal!

Anna and I decided to volunter for the Red Shield Appeal as we believe it's a great opportunity helping out for the community and I've always wanted to get involved more in the community. So we rocked up to Randwick Townhall, signed in for registration and we were set to go since it was just us two! We were located to Coogee at a specific street to collect donations. We had those cool red bibs hahaha! We got driven there and the first three houses no one answered and finally someone donates! We were cheering haha! There were some nasty moment as in some people can be rude and it felt like a trek today too, as we had to walk up all these stairs to the door. I knocked the door and we were standing there smiling, getting ready to greet them and suddenly a dog starts barking like crazy!! Honestly it sounded like half pig/dog and I full ran for my life, no joke!! So I almost got a heart attack and tramautized by that too when going to the next houses. But overall this was a lovely experience. Got to meet new people, even the people that donated and this lovely lady we met whom we had a great conversation with her. We got free big mac vouchers and our Captain for Salvation Army, Karen who was in charge for our school, gave us an extra voucher. Which we got so geed hahahaa and pigged out afterwards for Maccas like fatties bwahahahaa!
But I strongly disagree with the whole thing about helping out for your specific background or religion. I believe that we live in a modern society and no matter where we come from, race background and religion. We are all equal as human beings and I strongly believe that we should help each other.

Sometimes lifes not fair.

You just can't always jump into a conclusion simple as that.

After all..

Maybe I do in the end I realize what's true inside. Or it may be just me? It may not be the right time to face it but I do hope one day it will. When the timing is right.

I won't let you take my dream away from me.

CONGRATULATIONS NISA!

So today we had our zone meeting that's held on once a term and we went too JJ Cahill who was hosting the meeting for their first time and they did a fantastic job! I believe it was a memorable day! Why? Because congratulations to my lovely Nisa!! She got into State SRC and I feel so proud for her, our school and myself because it's that feeling you've motivated someone to get involved and passing our torch tradition down. So I guess I can say it's an great achievement! So now I am aiming for my goal woo! I guess I never felt like this before in my life, when you want something so bad you gotta work for it to make your dream come true and it's all about determination.

Exam Week!

Starting from yesterday my half-yearly exams has officially begun! And guess what five exams down and two to go woo!
So let me explain my thoughts about the first 5 exams.

MONDAY
ENGLISH: Definately nothing to study and yes I am finally getting sick and tired about the so called 'Journey' LOL! I think the English exam was weird overall but for my extended response was pretty lame hahahaha! After English, I wasn't feeling satisfied with this exam though hmm..

COMMUNITY & FAMILY STUDIES: I didn't really study for this one instead I just read my exercise book over and over again and a few sheets that were handed out by the teacher. But the CAFS exam was very basic knowlegde and the problem was that I couldn't define it into an exact term! Hhahahaa and I do regret today that not doing Modern History but hey at least CAFS is helpful not only for my education but also for my own wellbeing and for other individualities.

BUSINESS STUDIES: To be honest I actually enjoyed this exam the most bwahahahaa! Because I studied hard for this than any other subjects and the fact that its my most favourite subject. I feel satisfied with Business and end of the exam I realized the exam was out of 80!! Obviously I want to pass for sure but not just a pass, but a mark way beyond that to pay off the studying and everything hehe.

TUESDAY:
My fourth exam was during the middle so I slept in today for abit and decided to go to school early to study more for Legal. I remembered that I woke up with a dream that is my dream but weird at the same time lol :S I went to the bus stop thinking that the 357 would arrive early, but I ended up waiting for 20 minutes under the shelter while it was raining hard! Cars were driving pass and splashing water at me, so I was all wet haha! Arrived at school went to the library and ended up bumping into Jen which was cool so we could help each other out for Legal :)

SOCIETY & CULTURE: I guess I kinda studied for this exam but there were soo many pages for the exam which was crazy!! One thing I did not study for the cognitive theory shit and I was basically writing down so many bullshit haha! I think it was okay, hey!

LEGAL STUDIES: Out of all the subjects, Legal was the most stressful one for me! But since I had the great help from Josh, I knew what I was doing and all his past exams and notes helped me heaps! Since the questions related to his past exams, so Josh I thank you heaps for your kindness! :D The exam was good, thank God I studied hahahaa if I didn't there goes my marks and I'm trying to make up for it since I failed my first exam -.- which I didn't study at all and I had only 1 mark to pass! But oh well my fault for sure! I can't stop thinking how Josh was reminding me about the 'Effectiveness' regarding to the law reform which was definately ohh soo true! Cos that was my extended response relating to sexual assault and before that I did a draft for my extended response and I memorized the first two pages! During the extended response I went all blank but then it was fine!

So now I'm relieved and relaxed with my first 5 exams that are over and done with! I've just finished studying for Religion exam tommorrow but not too keen on that and lastly Visual Arts which I cbf and YAYYYYY :D I miss my facebook haven't had my baby for a few days haha and I wonder what the password is, since I don't have a clue since the stinky Rionaldo changed it!

Flashblack

Currently I'm having this flashback from last year as I was looking through the photos when I went to my beautiful Bali vacation. I missed those times going to the beach, going out for dinner, swimming, taxi rides, walking and etc. Loved every moment of it! It was simply the best and it's the place where I would love to be there right now!

Lately I've been studying everyday for hours and hours for exams next week. It's been very tired but then end of the day I've had some things done. I seriously cannot wait when my first 5 exams are over which I only have left religion and visual arts but can't wait to freedom and chill haha! :D

Happy Mother's Day

Happy Mother's Day to my beautiful Mum! :)
I believe it is a wonderful day to celebrate for our Mum's because its the time where they have all the attention on this special day for them hehe.
But today was a really nice day to spend quality time with the family. We ended up going to Hurstville for lunch and shopping. Love those funny moments where you can laugh your heads off. It's that feeling where you don't need to worry about anything else, so it was real nice :)
For Mother's Day we got my Mum those sandwich press since she's always wanted one and it was really delightful to see her smiling and happy cos it made me happy.
Mum I thank you for taking such great care of me since I was born. You are the most amazing, wonderful, funny, coolest, inspirational, hard working Mum. You are my hero Mum, I love you and Happy Mother's Day <3

Remember

There is always going to be the good and the bad but never give up your dreams, goals that you want achieve to suceed. If your very passionate about something you are most likely to achieve it and by doing that its all about the action work you put into it, because "Action speaks louder than words." You choose to worry about the other negative, then you are surely going to another completely different pathway. Your dream or goals are right at the end, waiting for you.

Love always Claudia xoxo

Inspirational

One word for today, INSPIRATIONAL.
So today our school got invited to attend the Salvation Army, Red Shield Appeal OASIS and I am so thankful to actually to be a part of this with Monika and along with Mrs Mythes (Dno how to spell her name sorry! lol), a very lovely and wonderful teacher!
I actually didn't know what to except from this talk along with other schools and never realized that there were actually alot of homeless kids here today in our community. I realized how lucky I am today and the parents I have, that is why I am so grateful overall.
By watching all the documentry films and also the song, it has inspired me to actually open my eyes by helping out more in the wider community. (LOL community again hahahaa) But overall we are very fortunate. For example there are some kids since they were in a young age has actually never owned a bed before, been taken away from their parents since they were young and never got in contact by today.
The amazing job from Captain Paul and his wife Robbin Moulds is just delightful and inspirational!
I think its the time where our generation as a society where we live in, needs to start thinking about others not only ourselves. But we live in this one precious earth and we're all in this together! It's all about helping out each other and providing a positive impact for them. Not only them but for our world we're we live in.
